Payment Policy
We begin with an initial consultation to understand your needs and recommend the best path forward.
Payment is required after the initial consultation once the appropriate services have been determined and agreed upon.
An invoice will be provided outlining the scope of services, associated fees, and payment due date.
Invoices must be paid in full by the stated due date to proceed with service delivery.
Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.
We accept PayPal or Venmo as forms of payment.
No Refund Policy
All payments made for services are non-refundable.
We are committed to providing high-quality, professional service. Once a session is booked and payment is received, we reserve that time specifically for you — which means we turn away other clients for that slot. As a result:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused services.
If you cancel with proper notice (per our cancellation policy), you may reschedule without additional charges.
Exceptions will only be considered in cases of documented emergencies, at our sole discretion.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your time is valuable — and so is ours. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, the following policies apply:
Cancellations (Under 24 Hours)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-Shows
A no-show is defined as missing an appointment without notice and not arriving within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
If you are a no-show and wish to reschedule, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply before a new appointment can be booked.
If you are a no-show for a consultation call, you will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
If you are a no-show and do not wish to reschedule or do not respond, you will be charged 75% of the service fee.
We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes with no communication, the appointment is considered a no-show and subject to the above fees.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our schedule respectfully for all clients.
Confidentiality Policy
We take the confidentiality of our clients’ information seriously and are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of all sensitive data shared during our engagements.
1. Confidential Information
Confidential information refers to any proprietary, confidential, or personal information that is shared by the client, whether written, oral, or electronic, in the course of our consulting relationship.
This includes business strategies, financial information, employee records, intellectual property, and any other information designated as confidential.
2. Obligations of TW Consulting
TW Consulting agrees to keep all confidential information disclosed by the client strictly confidential and will not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
We will use confidential information solely for the purpose of providing the services outlined in our agreement with the client.
3. Client’s Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate and truthful information necessary for the services and agree to maintain confidentiality regarding TW Consulting's proprietary methods, processes, and materials.
4. Exceptions
This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that:
Was already in the public domain or becomes public through no fault of TW Consulting.
Was independently developed by TW Consulting without reference to the client’s confidential information.
Was disclosed to TW Consulting by a third party without restriction.
5. Return or Destruction of Confidential Information
Upon request or upon termination of services, TW Consulting will return or destroy any confidential information provided by the client, unless retention is required by law or as part of the ongoing services.
